At Heavenly Catering, we are dedicated to making your event a top notch experience, by offering “Customized Menus.” We create these menus based on your specified budget and your response to our attached survey. a) Setup and Drop off Buffet– We will provide you with all the items needed to accompany your menu; i.e., chafers, serving utensils, plates, cups, flatware, and food, and set it up for you. All items disposable to ensure easy self clean-up. b) Self-Serve Buffet with an attendant(s) – Same as above with an attendant to set up, refill if needed and dispose of all above items. If so, for how many hours would you like an attendant(s)? c) Full Service Buffet – Depending on the amount of guests, attendants to setup, serve, and clean-up after the event. If so, for how many hours would you like service attendants? d) Plated Service- Sit down dinner with waitstaff presenting the food to the guest e) Personal Chef Service- Prepared food at the event. Live demonstration with plating, service and clean up. Please indicate the hours of service needed. f) Heavenly Elegance for Two or More- Dinner for two or more guest in the comfort of your own home, with 3,4,or 5 course menu option, table side service, and on-site Chef.
